Singapore Social - Aerosmith ( 25th May 2013 )

Hey!
I had a great weekend, in fact it's the best weekend so far !
I've attended the Singapore Social - Aerosmith's Concert !

As I thought the movie 'The Rockers' was just exaggerating the whole thing about legend rock bands, but I was wrong.
The day started off with a DJ playing some songs and followed by the opening Band from United Kingdom, Euphoria Audio. It was like a normal gig we normally would go in a club or a pub. Few songs to let everyone know who they are.

An hour or so later, Aerosmith finally appear ! Just as expected from the 'Toxic Twins', Steven Tyler & Joe Perry. With a grand entrance by playing a short clip with mist fogging the whole area, the 'Toxic Twins' appeared right beside me !

With Steven Tyler screaming, '1! 2! 3! 4!!' the first song of the whole concert (Music from another Dimension) started and leaving all the fans screaming off their lungs !
I was lucky to be standing near to the middle of the stage, having the 2nd best seat in the house! The best seat still goes to the one which is in between the guitar and the bass (Drummer).

With Steven Tyler,65, jumping and spinning around on stage, the crowd just keep on going crazy.
When Tyler started singing the song, 'I don't want to miss a thing'(1998 smash hit), everyone started singing loudly together.
Beat boxer, Hukakin, did some beat boxing to start 'Walk this way' and followed by the band.

Other songs were played during the performance like, "Crying", "Janie's got a gun", "Dude looks like a lady", "Jaded", "Dream On" and the best music that I could think of now is "Sweet Emotion".

Nevertheless, comparing the confidence of Joe Perry from YouTube Fan Fest and the Singapore Social, he's much more confident playing with his band than being alone.

With his crazy guitar solos and the play he plays it. It's like playing guitar is just a daily stuff that he can do without even looking or thinking.

Really glad I made it for the concert, it's worth the wait, it reminded me why I wanted to play music in the very first place. And it's a night where I feel like I'm in High School once again, giving me a chance to hangout with my friends from high school after 3-4 years.
